in information design
and service design.
Graduated with a DNSEP in Communication and Information Design from HEAR (Strasbourg), I have spent over seven years supporting public institutions, private organizations, and nonprofits in shaping meaningful, user-centered solutions to complex challenges. This diversity allows me to quickly understand complex contexts and design tailored, meaningful, and high-quality solutions always with a strong conviction to create “useful” design.
My work sits at the intersection of design, strategy, and facilitation. I help organizations clarify complexity, structure information, and design coherent experiences, from early exploration to implementation. I am particularly attentive to readability, usability, and the way information is understood and appropriated by diverse audiences.
Beyond design execution, I act as a partner in projects: framing problems, aligning stakeholders, and guiding decision-making processes. I believe design is a powerful tool to create meaning, support transformation, and make systems more accessible, useful, and sustainable.
I see design as a tool to create meaning and facilitate interaction. Collaboration is at the core of my approach. I work closely with multidisciplinary teams, using facilitation and user-centered methods to ensure that solutions are both relevant and actionable.
