A Fanzine That Celebrates the Art of Collecting
Collector is an experimental fanzine created collaboratively by four students from HEAR. Rooted in the concept of collections and collective authorship, each issue explores a specific theme from the distinct perspectives of its four contributors.
The first volume is dedicated to hiking and outdoor exploration. It mixes practical survival tips, walking routes, personal reflections, and gear essentials, curated to inspire and equip your next journey through wild or unfamiliar terrain.
Playful, resourceful, and multi-voiced, Collector offers both visual experimentation and field guide energy, blending editorial design with conceptual storytelling.

Format & Printing Process
The zine is designed as a fold-out poster, compact when folded, immersive when opened. It combines digital printing and silkscreen printing (one and two-color layers) produced by hand in the HEAR screenprinting studio.
The final object is tactile, collectible, and modular, reflecting the spirit of DIY publishing and graphic exploration.
