The Réseau Curie Network sought to transform its traditional, often formal, scientific valorization meetings. These events, designed to teach researchers how to promote their work, were suffering from low attendance due to lack of time, perceived complexity, and limited interactivity.
To reinvigorate these sessions and spark renewed interest, I was invited to rethink the overall experience. The solution? A modular, participatory exhibition that reframes scientific valorization as an engaging, accessible, and collaborative process.
This exhibition invites researchers to explore the « why, how, when, and with whom » of valorization through a series of interactive panels and group-based activities. It offers an experience where participants don’t just receive information passively, they co-construct their understanding, interact with peers, and develop actionable insights.
A Modular System for Autonomy and Accessibility
The deliverables were designed with flexibility and scalability in mind, to be easily printed and deployed across various laboratories. The full package includes:
-
A ready-to-use printable exhibition kit
-
A communication kit to drive attendance and visibility
-
A training kit for scientific communication and valorization teams
-
A facilitation protocol for running engaging morning sessions
